Discover, Define & Design - choose the pace and the depth that is right for you:

The Escape Plan Program covers all three areas of the Escape Hatcher process and together we will:  Discover, Define and Design.  

In the Discovery phase, we will utilize the Escape Hatcher Idea Exploration to decipher what you REALLY want to be doing to earn money.  We then take this information and work together to come up with a plan that makes this a reality.  

In the Defining phase we work together to really define what your business will entail -- what it looks like, functions like and what revenue branches you can create around your central idea.  

In the Designing phase, we take all the work we have done so far and we come up with action plans for getting you on your path and for building your business.  We'll talk about the things you need to put into place to get started and how to make it a manageable process so that you don't become overwhelmed.  This phase is about coming up with solid action plans and ideas of how to move forward.    

This program allows you to delve deeper into your ideas, put succinct action plans together and even start to build your income branches step by step, laying the ground work and getting you on your way quickly.

Some of the things we might discuss in the sessions include:

• Conducting a reality check of where you are in your life and where you want to be -- concentrating on realistic goals of getting there
• Asking some of the big questions about what is holding you back in your journey/what needs to be modified/where you REALLY want to go
• Creating your "Must Fund"  (the monetary seedlings that will fund your dreams and ideas) and why its so important
• Doing your own market research - finding out if your income branches will fly
• Navigating your naysayers - how to circumnavigate the people who might hold you back and cherish your champions
• Putting the pieces of your mini biz together and getting you on your way

             Part One:  Discovery (Quick Start 2 one hour phone consultations) (In Depth 4 one hour phone consultations)

 This includes:

• a welcome e-mail which outlines exercises you will do before our first session 
• 2 one hour phone consultations to go over your exercises, brainstorm possible business ideas together, discuss possibilities and come up with actionable goals for you
  
  In the Discovery Phase we will:

• Ascertain what you really love to do through insightful exercises and clarifying questions
• If you don't know what you want to do yet, but you know you want to do something we'll talk about methods for searching out good business ideas
• Talk about the realities of minipreneurialism and solopreneurialism and ascertain whether they might be right for you
• Open your mind to possibilities
• Explore ways you can make money doing what you love by discussing types of income and how they work
• Devise multiple revenue branches that match your passions and match your interests
• Talk about how "The Convergence" of your life can and will take hold in your business
  
  Part Two:  Define (Quick Start 2 one hour phone consultations) (In Depth 4 one hour phone consultations)

             In the Defining Phase we will:
 

• Come up with an Income Formula that will enable you to figure out how much you need to make
• Talk about the realities of your day job and the rules for getting or keeping a day job 
• Setting up your "Must Fund" to fund your new business and also talk about other areas to find funding
  Talk about utilizing other skills and interests to replace your day job or allow you to cut back on hours
• How you can conduct some simple market research, establish price points
• How to navigate your naysayers and cherish your champions
• Methods for time management and mindset
• Establish the philosophy of your company
• Discuss your business branding
  
  Part Three:  Design (Quick Start 2 one hour phone consultations) (In Depth 4 one hour phone consultations)

 

              In the Design Phase we will:

• Brainstorm naming your business
• Brainstorm your pricing
• Talk about creating a back of the napkin baby business plan
• Brainstorms systems
• Brainstorm your elevator pitch
• Talk about necessary steps for setting up shop
• Brainstorm your virtual storefront (website)
• Develop your baby marketing plan
• Brainstorm your niche market
• Discuss affiliate marketing
• Talk about importance of mentors, advisors
• Talk about sales and client attraction methods
• Talk about the importance of networking
• Brainstorm possible Joint Ventures and/or Strategic Alliances
• Talk about resources, tips and tools to help you along your way
• Come up with actionable goals to get you started

 

             Final Session:  Presentation (Quick Start 1 one hour phone consultation) (In Depth 2 one hour phone consultations)

You bring your  "Escape Plan" based on all the work we've done together and you present it to me verbally and virtually.  This will then be your baby business bible that you will rely on time and time again as you begin your entrepreneurial journey.

By the end of the session you should be able to identify at least two or three possible income branches to match your interests. We'll hatch an escape plan for facilitating your new life path on your own terms...whether you take baby steps or big leaps!

 

*** Special Note:  For those that have already gone through the Escape Hatcher Idea Exploration, the Escape Hatcher Program can make a valuable add-on and it can be customized to take the work we have done already and build upon it by continuing you through the Defining and Designing phases.
