Well, you’ve landed in the right place. This is the place to let your mind and conversation soar. The place to dream big and then…make it happen! Our group is private and only for members, so you can rest assured that you are in a safe space to express your wishes. It’s a place to ask questions, share plans or hopes, ask (or give) for advice or opinions, test something out, share something you’ve found helpful. You’ll be surrounded by people that like you, are either looking to escape or already have, so they will more than likely “get it”.
So that is what this group provides…but there a few things that it can’t provide and here they are:

So that is what this group provides…but there a few things that it can’t provide and here they are:
- There won’t be any involved coaching. Though this would be awesome, it just isn’t feasible. Sure, you’ll get solid feedback, resources, ideas, suggestions and support, but for more involved and customized coaching you should check out the packages on the site (http://escapehatcher.com)
- This is not a store. Its certainly OK to talk about your dream biz, the building of it, the wishing of it, the big dreams, ask for feedback, guidance, opinions, suggestions, etc. – but its not OK to market directly to the group, that’s not what its for. All of us face an endless barrage of targeted marketing throughout the day and it can be draining…yes, its true no business can survive without marketing, but this is just simply not the place to do it. I will take a hard stance on this – because I want to keep this a space for us to explore and not feel that we have to “buy” something. As the organizer of the group – and assuming you are here because you are attracted to the Escape Hatcher world…I will always notify you about upcoming programs, events, etc. – just to keep you informed, but there is not expectation attached to this.
- Mind your manners and embrace kindness. I’m sure this goes without saying, but I’ll say it anyway…be kind. Be supportive. Be generous with your sharing. And yes, be truthful…above all else, most likely members here will be asking for feedback – it doesn’t do them any good to be untruthful in situations like this, but be kind when doing it. This is not the place for “brutal honesty”. We have a zero tolerance policy on any kind of bullying, aggression, cruelty, trolling, etc. and will act accordingly with immediate removal. In short, respect your fellow members and all will be fine.
